Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into hospitals and health systems at enterprise level.
• Experience with long, multi-touch sales cycles (6–9 months).
• Proven track record of developing commercial strategies and high-performing teams.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% or more, including day trips and overnights.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytics tools.
• Healthcare market understanding; territory planning and analytics.
• Account management mindset to align customer needs with CareDx offerings.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account management across the region to grow portfolio.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive adoption and share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage pipeline; report performance to leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop TAMs and other regional roles.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Operations to address needs.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams for tailored solutions.
