CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth and build strong client relationships within healthcare accounts across the assigned geography. You will lead cross-functional teams, including TAMs and Medical staff, to deliver exceptional results while navigating complex sales cycles.

The role requires strategic planning, execution of account plans, and ongoing leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue targets. Travel is a significant component of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into hospitals and large enterprise accounts.
• Track record in complex, multi-touch sales cycles (6–9 months).
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%+.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage strategic accounts to drive growth and upsell CareDx products and services.
• Create and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline; prepare performance reports for leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop TAMs and related field roles; drive team performance.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to address customer needs.
