Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Regional Administrator to support our Group Vice President in managing the operations and financial performance of multiple dialysis facilities across MA, RI, NY, and CT. This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to clinics within the region.

This position is ideal for an experienced healthcare administrator who thrives on problem-solving, data analysis, and driving efficiency in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Healthcare, medical, or dialysis administration experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally within MA, RI, NY, and CT.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with operational and financial management across multiple dialysis facilities.
• Monitor clinic KPIs, staffing, schedules, and labor efficiency.
• Oversee supply management, ordering, and cost-savings initiatives.
• Assist with financial modeling, forecasts, budgets, and P&L analysis.
• Prepare presentations for financial review meetings with physicians and JV partners.
• Support clinic admissions, onboarding of Clinic Managers, and compliance/licensure requirements.
• Implement corporate initiatives and regional business plans.
• Act as a key point of contact for budget inquiries and approvals.
