Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Regional Director to oversee dialysis clinic operations across a geographic region. You will manage fiscal, clinical, regulatory, and growth activities while guiding denovo center development from opportunity to licensure.

The role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to ethics and patient care. You will work with Administrators to ensure staffing qualifications and professional development across clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years prior management experience in a multi-site health care provider.
• Five to ten years of demonstrated excellence in managing a dialysis center as an Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree in business or nursing is required; combination of education, specialty certifications and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong public relations skills for dealing with physicians, vendors, hospital personnel, Managed Care Organizations, etc. are valuable.
• Proficiency in all USRC applications and basic computer skills (MS Office) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of assigned clinics from fiscal, clinical, regulatory, personnel, business management and growth perspectives in line with Company goals.
• Organize and coordinate all denovo new center development from opportunity identification through construction to center opening and licensure.
• Review incident reports; make recommendations and take action as appropriate.
• Work with Administrators to maintain thorough documentation in patient records of all treatments, activities, and communications with patients and physicians.
• Stay current with federal, state, local laws and regulations including healthcare practice acts.
• Ensure clinics comply with applicable laws and receive continuing certifications from regulatory agencies.
• Promote the Company's mission and philosophy on ethics, integrity, safety, and corporate responsibility.
• Communicate with regional management on clinic status and implement contractual agreements with collaborating agencies.
• Ensure staff meet required qualifications and perform duties per policy/procedures and laws.
• Develop Administrators professionally in assigned clinics.
