U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Regional Director to oversee dialysis clinic operations across a geographic region in the United States. The role emphasizes fiscal, clinical, regulatory, and personnel leadership to drive growth and compliance.

You will coordinate new center development from opportunity through licensure, monitor incident reporting, maintain thorough patient records, and ensure adherence to laws and Company policies while promoting the mission and ethics of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or nursing required; combination of education and experience considered.
• 3–5 years regional, multi-site healthcare management or 5–10 years dialysis center leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of assigned clinics across fiscal, clinical, regulatory, and personnel dimensions.
• Organize denovo new center development from opportunity to licensure.
• Review incident reports and take appropriate action.
• Document patient care and communications in records with physicians and staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and regulations.
• Promote ethics, safety, and corporate responsibility across regions.
• Communicate region status to management and manage inter-agency contracts.
• Ensure staff qualifications and professional development of Administrators.
