Job summary

Dialyze Direct seeks a Regional Nurse Manager to oversee dialysis programs across assigned facilities in the region. This role focuses on leadership, partnerships with SNF partners, and ensuring high-quality patient care while meeting operational and regulatory goals.

The position requires 3+ years in renal dialysis management, an active nursing license, and ability to travel regionally. You will collaborate with clinical and operations teams to optimize service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in renal dialysis
• Knowledge of dialysis operations and regulatory requirements
• Current nursing license and ability to travel regionally
• BLS certification required; CNN/CDN encouraged within one year

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dialysis facilities within the region
• Collaborate with SNF leadership to build strong partnerships
• Monitor facility performance, census, and patient retention
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• Support billing processes and documentation
• Travel throughout the region to assist facilities and teams
• Lead staff development and coordinate scheduling and performance
