Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in renal dialysis.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis operations, regulatory requirements, and facility processes.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.

Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of dialysis programs within an assigned region. This role is ideal for a dialysis professional who enjoys leadership, building strong facility partnerships, solving operational challenges, and helping teams deliver high-quality patient care.

The Regional Nurse Manager serves as the primary operational point of contact for assigned Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) partners following facility go-live and works closely with facility leadership to ensure operational, financial, quality, and regulatory goals are consistently achieved.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of assigned dialysis facilities within the region.
• Partner with SNF leadership to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned SNF partners after go-live.
• Monitor facility performance, utilization, census, patient retention, and opportunities for growth.
• Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company standards.
• Monitor and support billing processes and operational documentation.
• Oversee supply inventory and medication management.
• Support staff performance, employee relations, scheduling, and overall facility operations.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote efficient, high-quality dialysis services.

• Travel throughout the assigned region to support facilities, teams, and operational initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of management experience in renal dialysis preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis operations, regulatory requirements, and facility processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other operational systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization and from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze and present data in a variety of formats.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to build positive relationships with facility partners and employees.

Licensure & Certifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• CNN or CDN certification encouraged within one year of hire.
• Valid nursing license in all states within the assigned region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable ability to travel throughout the assigned region.

Physical & Travel Requirements

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to walk, sit, and lift to 35 pounds.
• Frequent travel throughout the assigned region is required to support network facilities and operations.
