Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Area Biomedical Manager to oversee the repair and maintenance of dialysis equipment and water systems across multiple clinics in the region.

The role includes supervising technical staff, managing inventories, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer specs and regulatory standards. The ABM will drive operational readiness, coordinate with administrators and regional management, and lead process improvements to meet safety, quality, and growth targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in technical management or multi-site leadership in dialysis, hospital, or medical settings preferred.
• Must be familiar with dialysis industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of dialysis equipment across clinics.
• Manage spare parts purchasing and inventory control; coordinate stock transfers.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and manufacturer specifications.
