The role directs clinical performance, staff development, and growth initiatives in alignment with company goals. The position requires a strong leadership background in multi-site healthcare, with emphasis on ethics, safety, and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of multi-site health care management or 5–10 years leading a dialysis center as Administrator.
• Bachelor's degree in business or nursing required; combination of education and experience may be considered.

Aufgaben

• Oversee operation of assigned clinics from fiscal, clinical, regulatory, personnel, and growth perspectives.
• Organize and coordinate all denovo new center development from opportunity to licensure.
• Review incident reports and take action as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation in patient records with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations and ongoing certifications.
• Lead ethics, safety, and corporate responsibility initiatives and promote company mission.
• Communicate region-wide status to regional management and manage contractual agreements with collaborating agencies.
• Ensure staff qualifications and performance align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Develop and mentor Administrators in assigned clinics.
