Job summary

Rendevor Dialysis is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the clinical and operational facets of dialysis programs within a defined region. You will oversee patient care, staff leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships with sites, physicians, and clients.

The role emphasizes cost containment strategies, staffing optimization, and ensuring adherence to company policies and state regulations while delivering high-quality dialysis services.

Qualifications

• RN degree or equivalent with clinical leadership experience.
• 5+ years dialysis management experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing clinical staff.
• Ability to obtain DOC/BOP clearance; clean background and credit.
• Current CPR certification and travel willingness within the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for operational efficiency, clinical excellence, and fiscal prudence.
• Coach and develop direct reports and clinical staff; ensure continuing education.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with policies; control overtime and agency use.
• Lead weekly unit-lead meetings; drive CQI quality goals and audit programs.
• Manage inventory and supplies; oversee labs, contracts, and expenses.
• Represent the company with internal/external stakeholders to maintain relationships.
