The role requires 3+ years of management in renal dialysis, a nursing license, and strong data skills. Travel up to 50% and collaboration across clinical and administrative teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• RN license in all states within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dialysis facilities within the region.
• Partner with SNF leadership to build strong collaborative relationships.
• Serve as primary operational contact for SNF partners after go-live.
• Monitor facility performance, utilization, census, and patient retention.
• Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Support billing processes and operational documentation.
• Oversee supply inventory and medication management.
• Support staff performance, scheduling, and facility operations.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote efficient dialysis services.
• Review data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Present data updates to diverse audiences.
• Travel throughout the region to support facilities and initiatives.
