Job summary

City of Lincoln seeks an experienced Regional Nurse Manager to oversee dialysis programs across an assigned region. You will partner with SNF leadership, ensure operational, financial, quality, and regulatory goals are met, and travel to facilities as needed to support performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and building collaborative relationships to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in renal dialysis preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and other operational systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and present data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of dialysis facilities within the region.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with SNF leadership.
• Serve as primary operational contact for SNF partners after go-live.
• Monitor facility performance, utilization, census, and patient retention.
• Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company standards.
• Support billing processes and operational documentation.
