Job summary

Rendevor Dialysis is seeking a capable nurse manager to oversee the dialysis unit within a post-acute facility. You will supervise the delivery of dialysis treatment, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight to staff and non-licensed teammates.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN/MSN).
• 18 months dialysis nursing experience in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dialysis unit operations and care delivery per contract and regulations.
• Train and develop facility staff; provide clinical oversight to non-licensed team members.
• Ensure compliance with ESRD, CMS ESRD and state regulations and company policies.
