Job summary

Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply, Inc. is seeking a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to lead its roofing business across the Carolinas.

You will own revenue growth, margins, contractor relationships and regional market share, reporting to the VP of Commercial Roofing and guiding a regional team of coordinators and estimators. The role requires strong leadership, pricing governance, and the ability to develop and execute regional growth plans while managing strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or sales-management experience in commercial roofing, building products or construction distribution.
• Proven record of growing revenue and margin through contractor and manufacturer relationships.
• Experience managing pricing, quoting and profitability by customer and project.
• Skill leading and developing a regional team, including coordinators who support quoting, purchasing and project tracking.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting and business-review discipline.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional commercial growth strategy and develop product strategy aligned to it.
• Build and manage sales pipelines.
• Lead monthly regional business reviews.
• Drive contractor segmentation and capture plans.
• Support strategic project opportunities.
• Own Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor relationships.
• Review contractor scorecards quarterly and develop annual growth plans.
• Conduct executive business reviews with strategic accounts.
• Enforce pricing governance and approve pricing exceptions within authority limits.
• Ensure margin compliance by contractor and project.
• Review regional profitability metrics.
• Partner with Commercial Coordinators on quote management.
• Develop regional manufacturer growth plans and identify share opportunities by vendor.
• Coordinate contractor and manufacturer engagement.
• Track competitive activity and win/loss trends.
