Job summary
Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply is seeking a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to lead the Carolinas roofing business. You will own revenue growth, margins, contractor relationships, and market share while leading a regional team of coordinators and estimators.
You will execute growth strategies, manage pricing governance, and deliver quarterly business reviews with strategic accounts. This remote role serves the Carolinas region and requires regular travel within the territory.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales or sales management in roofing, building products, or construction distribution.
- Proven ability to grow revenue and margin via contractor/manufacturer relationships.
- Experience managing pricing, quoting and profitability by customer and project.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional growth strategy and align product strategy.
- Build and manage sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Lead monthly regional business reviews and strategy sessions.
- Drive contractor segmentation and capture plans.
- Support strategic project opportunities and pricing governance.
- Own Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor relationships and quarterly scorecards.
- Conduct executive business reviews with strategic accounts.
