MTM Health is looking for a Regional Care Coordinator to manage the member experience through transportation services. This role focuses on trip monitoring, member support, and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate should have at least a high school diploma and 9 months of related experience. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 9 months of experience in a Customer Care Representative role or similar in health care.
• Ability to maintain customer service etiquette and adherence to MTM procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the member’s experience throughout the transportation process.
• Coordinate with health plan clients, members, and partners.
• Document escalations and action plans in the appropriate systems.
• Ensure compliance with assigned KPIs and contract requirements.

Skills

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Exceptional communication skills

Ability to multi-task and utilize customer service

Ability to handle escalated situations

Strong leadership and team building skills

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
