Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support members in a remote West Virginia role. You will be the first point of contact, answer questions, schedule transportation, and document interactions to ensure timely, accurate service and positive health outcomes.

The role requires a high school diploma, 0–2 years in a fast-paced contact center, and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute. Training is provided and work may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Document details of customer complaints and concerns.
• Ensure all relevant customer information is accurately documented.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality standards.
• Ensure accurate trip data entry and documentation.
• Maintain a polite, professional demeanor at all times.
• Promote a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center environment with possible nights, weekends, and holidays.
