Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive growth across the southeastern United States. This remote role focuses on expanding market share, strengthening dealer partnerships, and guiding customers to success through strategic sales leadership.

You'll develop dealer-specific strategies, use data and market insights to influence decisions, and deliver innovative solutions that support long-term outcomes. 75% travel is expected within the region.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years B2B sales.
• Proven track record of expanding sales territories and achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and present sales proposals and business plans.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer plans to grow market share.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal teams to align customer and market needs.
• Drive brand and product penetration through proactive sales efforts and dealer support.
• Lead quarterly dealer reviews, analyze data, and adjust plans for performance.
