Doosan Bobcat in the United States is seeking a Regional Business Manager to grow market share across the southeastern region. You will work with our dealer network to develop and execute sales strategies that drive performance and represent a world-class brand.

This remote role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a proven track record in expanding sales territories. Expect travel about 75% and collaboration with marketing and product teams to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years B2B sales/marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding sales territories.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound business decisions.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and objectives.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques and deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer strategies to optimize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to communicate customer and market needs to internal teams.
• Drive market share through proactive product sales, branding, and penetration.
• Respond promptly to orders and retail requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify innovative solutions to territory challenges to sustain growth.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers.
