Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer plans to optimize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to communicate customer needs to internal teams and ensure market alignment.
• Drive market share through proactive product sales, branding, and penetration of all available products.
• Respond to orders and retail requests promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction and dealer support.
• Identify innovative solutions to territory challenges to sustain growth.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers to drive performance.
• Analyze sales data and dealer plans to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Foster collaborative execution of Action Plan items aligning dealer actions with company objectives.
• Design and deliver dealer training on products, promotions, and CRM practices.
• Organize district training and promotions to equip dealers with advanced selling skills.
