Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in sales, channel management, dealer development, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Experience in industrial equipment or related industries preferred.
• Proven success managing a territory and achieving sales objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast U.S. and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans with channel partners to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
• Drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and strategic account development across the region.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for sales activities and order fulfillment.
• Assist dealers with product configurations, quoting processes, and systems navigation.
• Foster partnerships with internal teams to support dealer and customer success.
• Conduct business reviews, dealer visits, product demonstrations, and strategic planning sessions.
