Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, customer success, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Analyze priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential BD engagements.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand capabilities and client needs, qualify opportunities.
• Develop follow-up plans and nurture relationships with contacts from events and associations.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities; share market insights with stakeholders.
• Travel as required for business development activities.
