Job summary

EFI Global is a full-service engineering, fire investigation, environmental, health and safety, and specialty consulting firm. The Regional Business Development Manager will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and drive territory growth through industry engagement and market intelligence.

Responsibilities include attending events, evaluating opportunities, nurturing leads, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align capabilities with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, or similar role.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent EFI Global at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Develop outbound networking and lead generation to identify opportunities and support territory growth.
• Perform market intelligence and opportunity analysis to inform business development decisions.
