Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities, and support territory growth. The role emphasizes engagement at industry events, market analysis, and strategic outreach across sectors.

You will evaluate opportunities, nurture leads, and coordinate with internal teams to align capabilities with client needs. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of BD experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, customer success, or similar role.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Increases company visibility and strengthens relationships within targeted industry sectors.
• Participates in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyzes organizational priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for business development engagement.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Develops and executes follow-up plans for contacts established through events, conferences, and association activities.
• Leverages multiple communication channels to cultivate relationships.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
