Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to grow client engagements across assigned markets. You will represent the firm at industry events, build executive relationships, and identify opportunities with strategic partners.

The role requires proactive outreach and a strategic mindset to expand the company’s footprint. Responsibilities include market analysis, lead generation, opportunity qualification, and nurturing long-term relationships while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in business development or related roles.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Increases company visibility and strengthens relationships within targeted industry sectors.
• Analyzes organizational priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for business development engagement.
• Evaluates prospective opportunities against established business development criteria and provides recommendations.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Develops and executes follow-up plans for contacts established through events, conferences, and association activities.
• Leverages multiple communication channels to cultivate relationships.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
• Researches and analyzes industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
