Job summary

Regal Rexnord in the United States is seeking a National Account Manager - Distribution Accounts to drive growth with major distributors in our PES segment. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop multiyear contracts, and deploy market strategies to win share and enhance customer value.

The role requires strong CRM usage, collaboration with engineering and legal, and the ability to travel 50%+. Compensation targets $120k–$165k base plus a 30% bonus, with location flexibility for remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business.
• 10+ years in relevant roles; distribution channel experience.
• CRM, forecasting, and data-driven sales planning required.
• Strong executive relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to lead remotely and travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with C-Suite and field leadership.
• Develop multiyear contract strategy and renewal plans.
• Create and execute annual sales and marketing plans with analytics.
• Analyze customer history and market data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align objectives for growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and other departments on docs.
• Utilize CRM to track growth opportunities and owners.
• Conduct quarterly QBRs with field and corporate leadership.
• Ensure prompt responses to customer issues.
• Position Regal Rexnord products and technology in distributor systems.
• Attend product trainings and pursue ongoing product/industry knowledge.
• Travel 50%+ as required.
