Job summary

Daikin Applied Americas is hiring a Boiler Regional Solutions Business Development Manager. This remote role covers the Mid-Atlantic region, engaging with building owners and owners representatives to secure long-term, high-margin boiler and HVAC solutions.

You will drive multi-year service agreements, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to close deals. Travel within the territory is required to build relationships and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of boiler/HVAC or mechanical systems sales experience.
• Experience selling to consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners.
• Knowledge of commercial boiler and hydronic heating systems.
• Experience developing and closing retrofit and replacement opportunities.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells Daikin McQuay offerings to building owners and owner reps at executive level.
• Provides business and financial solutions to clients and establishes planning relationships.
• Sells and renews multi-year service agreements with customers.
• Coordinates with internal teams to finalize proposals and terms.
• Differentiates products by focusing on business value and ROI.
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders and manages the sales cycle.
