Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks an Account Manager to drive regional sales with a remote work arrangement near St. Cloud, Duluth, or Fargo. You’ll lead the regional strategy, grow profits, manage dealer relationships, and leverage Salesforce and BW to optimize budgets and performance.

You’ll collaborate with top accounts, execute strategic plans, and travel as needed to cover Minnesota and surrounding areas while supporting dealers with product knowledge and marketing efforts.

Qualificações

• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel both in and out of state desired. The person will focus in Minnesota and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Responsible for region’s sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plan using marketing programs, field resources, product training, events, and outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and key personnel; regularly call on all dealers in the assigned area.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and strategic business units.
• Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing and merchandising.
• Utilize Salesforce and Business Warehouse to drive efficiencies.
• Effectively manage budgets (T&E, Targeted Funds, Demo Tool) to drive profitability.
