Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team. This role is remote near St. Cloud, MN, Duluth, MN or Fargo, ND with 60% travel, focusing on leading the regional sales effort and driving growth across SBDK brands.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree (preferred) and 3 years of industrial product sales experience, plus familiarity with BW, Salesforce, Tool Commerce and MS Office. Some travel within Minnesota and surrounding areas is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial sales.
• Knowledge of BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within MN and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead all elements of the regional sales effort.
• Drive region sales growth, profitability, listings and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and events.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and dealers.
• Drive sell-through across brands and units.
• Provide product knowledge and event/merchandising support to dealers.
• Utilize Salesforce and BW to improve efficiencies and manage budgets.
