Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for Minnesota with remote work options and 60% travel to St. Cloud, Duluth, and Fargo. You will lead regional sales initiatives, manage dealer relationships, and drive growth across key brands, utilizing Salesforce and BW to optimize plans and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial sales experience, a 4-year degree, and proficiency with IT systems and Microsoft Office. Travel and cross-state coverage are essential to success.

Formación

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Responsible for region’s sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plan utilizing marketing programs, field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales activities.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and key personnel; regularly call on dealers in assigned area.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and strategic business units.
• Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing and merchandising.
• Utilize Salesforce and Business Warehouse to drive efficiencies.
• Effectively manage budgets (T&E, Targeted Funds, Demo Tool, etc.) to drive profitability.
