Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Account Manager for Minnesota with remote options and 60% travel to St. Cloud, Duluth, and Fargo. You will manage a regional sales portfolio, grow profitability, and build strong relationships with key accounts across our brand portfolio.

The role requires a 4-year degree (preferred) and 3+ years of industrial sales experience, plus familiarity with BW, Salesforce, and MS Office. Travel within MN and nearby areas is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all elements of the region.
• Drive region's sales growth, profitability, listings, and share gain.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan leveraging marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and regularly call on dealers in the area.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and business units.
• Provide product knowledge support to dealers and assist with events and merchandising.
