Ethos Risk Services is expanding its Sales Team and seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships across the Tennessee territory. You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.

This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for meetings and business development. Ideal candidates live in the territory or near a major metro area, with a track record in B2B sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical management or related field.
• CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management abilities.
• Ability to articulate value propositions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, mix of in-person and virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business within the territory.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from initial conversation to negotiation and close.
