Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager for the Central Texas territory. The role involves selling Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.

This remote, field-based position requires up to 25% local travel for client meetings and business development, with an ideal candidate residing in or near a major metropolitan area.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in the medical management industry (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services is preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events and partner with internal teams on onboarding.
