Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business across the Mountain territory. This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development.

You will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline through daily outreach, and coordinate with insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales in insurance claims investigations or related services preferred.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and ensure smooth client onboarding.
