Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business across the Tennessee territory. This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development.

You will partner with insurers and employers to uncover facts behind claims through surveillance, investigations, and digital investigations. Responsibilities include running client meetings, growing the book of business, building a sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in insurance claims investigations or related services.
• Familiarity with medical management services such as case management or IME is a plus.
• CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, in person or virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business and expand territory.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
