Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support and grow client partnerships across the Mountain territory. This full-time, remote role includes travel to clients in CO, ID, UT, and WY.

You will drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships in medical management services, including nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review. The role requires 3+ years in the claims industry and strong B2B sales skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the claims industry such as workers' compensation or liability.
• Experience in B2B sales within nurse case management, IME, utilization review, and medical bill review is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2-3 client meetings per week (50% virtual, 50% in-person) with travel.
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business in the assigned territory.
• Make daily outreach contacts via phone, email, or other channels to drive engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
• Prepare impactful proposals tailored to medical management clients.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Ethos at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoffs.
