Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager who will work remotely near St. Cloud, Duluth or Fargo with 60% travel. You will manage the region, drive sales growth, and build top account relationships while leveraging marketing programs and events.

You will call on dealers, support product knowledge and merchandising, and use systems like Salesforce and BW to improve efficiency and profitability. A 4-year degree and active selling experience in industrial goods are preferred.

Competenze

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Understanding of BW, Salesforce.com and Tool Commerce.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

• Manage and lead all elements of the region and drive sales growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans using marketing programs and field resources.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and call on dealers in the area.
• Drive sell-through across brands and manage budgets to profitability.
