Job summary

SICK AG is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Industrial Automation—Team Sales. This remote-based role targets western Washington, working from home to grow market share with SICK solutions and services.

You’ll drive strategic account plans, use consultative SSP selling, and maintain CRM data while collaborating with the Team Selling Unit. Travel up to four days weekly and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with sales orientation.
• Strong direct sales skills and account planning experience.
• Ability to manage sales plans and lead in strategy implementation.
• Team selling and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor and main contact to customers to grow market share.
• Work with the Team Selling Unit to meet regional goals.
• Develop business within defined customer list and use SSP methods.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for teamwork and transparency.
• Build direct customer relationships using industry knowledge.
• Identify opportunities and threats and plan account potential.
• Travel regionally up to four days/week.
