Job summary

Acquia Regional Account Manager is a remote role in the United States within the Sales department. You will drive customer retention, guide onboarding, and build strategic relationships to ensure renewals and expansions across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

You will host quarterly business reviews, manage a high volume of accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and coordinate renewals. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of account management are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of retaining & growing complex relationships including closing the renewal and identifying up sell / cross sell opportunities.
• Has owned & exceeded a quota.
• Experience with running a high volume of accounts.
• 2 years working in an account management role.
• Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
• Bachelor degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities.
• Guide customers through onboarding of products and services.
• Build strategic level customer relationships and own customers’ success with Acquia platform services.
• Maintain control of account direction and strategy.
• Host Quarterly Business Reviews to identify risk and opportunities with customers.
• Build expansion pipeline by pairing targeted outbound outreach and strategic account planning with collaborative channel partner co-selling.
• Exceed quarterly renewal and net renewal goals.
• Partner with internal resources to resolve customer escalations or operational issues.
• Coordinate with business users and procurement to ensure timely renewals.
• Update and maintain Sales database weekly.
