Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is looking for a Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships across the Ohio territory. The remote, field-based role involves selling Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.

You will schedule 2-3 client meetings weekly, nurture pipelines, and own deals from first contact to close, with up to 25% travel and a strong focus on building new relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, in-person and virtual.
• Grow and retain existing book of business and expand territory.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from initial contact through negotiation and close.
• Create tailored proposals and keep CRM up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and partner with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
