Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business across the Kansas City territory. You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.

This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel and a focus on developing relationships with key clients. Ideal candidates reside within the territory or near a major metro area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in medical management / investigative services.
• Experience in investigative services is preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, split between in-person and virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business; expand territory.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events; partner with teams on onboarding.
