Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover Illinois, Wisconsin, and parts of Minnesota. This field-based role focuses on new business, distributor partnerships, and strategic account growth for TASKI, NSS, and Twister brands.

You will work with customers to understand operations and deliver value-driven cleaning solutions. The position requires 3+ years of B2B sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in related markets (commercial equipment, facility solutions, janitorial/sanitation, or distribution).
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate customer needs into value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and expand market penetration in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• Develop new customers and opportunities while strengthening TASKI, NSS and Twister brands.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of direct, distributor and strategic accounts.
• Provide consultative solutions by understanding customer operations and objectives.
• Collaborate with Diversey and Solenis teams to craft integrated client solutions.
