Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover Illinois, Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota. This field-based role focuses on growing sales via new business, distributor partnerships and strategic accounts for TASKI, NSS, Twister and robotics.

You will collaborate with Diversey and Solenis teams to deliver integrated solutions, develop pipelines, and conduct product demonstrations while supporting installations and trainings. Remote work and travel are allowed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate customer needs into value-based solutions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and expand market penetration throughout Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
• Identify and develop new customers, markets and opportunities while strengthening brand presence.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of direct, distributor and strategic account opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with regional distributors and their sales teams to create pull-through demand.
