Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our TASKI team supporting Western Canada. This field-based role focuses on accelerating growth through new business, distributor partnerships, strategic accounts and consultative selling of TASKI floor care solutions, NSS, Twister and robotics.

You will cultivate relationships with distributors and customers, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate across Solenis and Diversey teams to deliver integrated cleaning solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a related market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and expand market penetration in Western Canada.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities with distributors and strategic accounts.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of direct, distributor, and strategic accounts.
• Develop strong relationships with regional distributors and their sales teams.
• Provide consultative solutions by understanding customer operations and needs.
• Use Salesforce to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting and accountability.
• Collaborate with Diversey and Solenis teams on integrated solutions.
