Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota, driving profitable sales growth and expanding market penetration. The role emphasizes building direct and distributor partnerships, and applying consultative selling to deliver integrated cleaning and surface solutions.

You will manage a healthy pipeline, develop key accounts, and collaborate with Corporate Accounts and Marketing to address customer needs while promoting our TASKI and related brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial products or related markets.
• Ability to travel in territory up to 60%.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate customer needs into value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and expand market penetration in IL, MN, WI.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities; manage Salesforce pipeline.
• Build relationships with regional distributors and their sales teams.
• Provide consultative solutions by understanding customer operations and goals.
• Promote TASKI, NSS, Twister and robotics; launch new innovations.
• Support installations, training and handoffs for successful adoption.
