Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new business across Western Michigan. You will hunt, demo, negotiate, and close with C-level and VP stakeholders, while coordinating with the sales team to optimize the pipeline.

Expect frequent travel (up to 70%), remote work flexibility, and a compensation structure that combines base salary with commissions. Relocation to Western Michigan is supported for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience selling enterprise software to construction or related industries.
• 7+ years' experience managing all aspects of the sales cycle with focus on prospecting, negotiating and closing.
• 7+ years' experience researching, qualifying, and converting leads.
• Strong experience selling to C-level executives, VPs, and field-based employees.
• Must travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Owns acquisition and closes new business for assigned territories.
• Leads product demonstrations, negotiations, and contracting.
• Collaborates with sales leadership to align pipeline and strategy.
• Develops outreach strategies and proactive prospecting.
• Travels to meet prospective customers and attends events.
