You will identify, engage, and close new business with construction professionals in your territory, leveraging Hubexo’s SaaS solutions to improve bid management and project workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, construction technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand client challenges and align solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive for success.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, developing, and securing exceptional new client relationships.
• Collaborating with Sales Dev, Marketing, Customer Success and Research to grow revenue.
• Leading client discussions, presentations, and managing the sales cycle.
• Closing deals and coordinating with Account Management.
• Traveling to industry events, client meetings, and company outings.
• Delivering software demonstrations via web meetings and sharing our portal.
• Identifying client needs and mapping solutions to them.
• Setting sales goals, analyzing performance, and forecasting future sales.
• Organizing prospecting and outreach targets into the schedule.
• Documenting all sales activities in the CRM.
• Managing territory by target account research and entry strategies.
• Showing initiative to discover and develop opportunities.
