Job summary

Hubexo is expanding its sales team and seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new business with construction professionals across the United States. This is a 100% remote role with uncapped earning potential and a focus on closing opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead discovery, demonstrations, and tailored proposals to win deals, while collaborating with marketing and customer success to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong consultative selling, listening and discovery skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with a drive to succeed.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrate product value through engaging demos to decision-makers.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to maximize value.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff to CS.
