Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive the portfolio with medical spa partners across the United States in a remote role anchored in NYC. You will present solutions, manage accounts, and grow the business under the SVP of Sales.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in sales leadership, a business degree, strong communication, and a commitment to regulatory standards. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Act as main contact for existing and potential customers in the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Share best practices across territories to support a cohesive approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their business goals.
• Understand industry trends and market landscapes.
• Stay informed on economic indicators and competitors to maintain volume and mix.
