Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive growth across the Medical Spa and Dermatology channel. This remote-friendly role requires presenting our regenerative product portfolio to prospective clients and building lasting relationships within the territory.

You will travel up to 10% and report to the Regional Sales Director, Southwest, supporting a fast-paced sales team while maintaining a deep understanding of regulations and product specs to promote

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Act as main contact for existing and potential customers.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report regional sales results (weekly to annually).
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales quotas.
• Answer questions on features, pricing, and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and understand their business goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory standards.
